Clinical and biochemical phenotypes in cardiorespiratory comorbidity

Objective: to estimate the incidence of recurrent myocardial infarction, stroke, and mortality in patients with different phenotypes infarction against background chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Among disease, hypoxic-inflammatory phenotype prevailed — 53.3 % patients. Necrotic-inflammatory noted 8.2 patients, 36.9% absence syndrome 1.5 Recurrent stroke constituted combined endpoint. The highest endpoint observed polymarker-retentive infarct 37 (55.2 %) Conclusion: Vascular life-threatening fatal events (recurrent death from cardiac causes) during 12-month follow-up are most typical for phenotype. clinical features this frequent presence Q-shaped MI, transmural damage, complications acute period.
